These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and Resume Growth. By placing an order, paying for a product, or continuing to browse and use this website, the customer is deemed to accept these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of terms

Any purchase made through this website shall constitute acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy, and all relevant policies. Any person who clicks “Buy Now,” pays for services, or otherwise proceeds with an order acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms.

2. Service scope

Resume Growth provides resume writing, expert review, ATS optimization, and career strategy support. We do not guarantee job placement, employment, interviews, or specific salary outcomes. Results depend on the customer’s background, market conditions, effort, and the quality of application process used after service delivery.

3. No guarantee of employment

We do not promise a job, hiring outcome, interview call, salary increase, or any other result. The service is designed to improve presentation, clarity, and strategic positioning, but no guarantee is made that a candidate will obtain employment or a particular outcome.

4. Payment and order confirmation

Orders are accepted only after payment or successful payment execution. A purchase confirmation is considered final and binding. By continuing on the site and making a payment, the customer confirms their acceptance of the service, pricing, order details, and all associated terms.

5. Refund policy

Refunds are generally not available after work has begun or after the customer has received a draft, due to bespoke professional services being developed for the individual. Refund requests are considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as a failure to deliver the agreed service, a material breach by the service provider, or a clear error in fulfilment. Any refund decision is at the sole discretion of Resume Growth and subject to review of the service status, work completed, and communication records.

6. Customer obligations

The customer must provide accurate information, respond to expert requests, and cooperate with the process within reasonable timelines. Delayed response or incomplete information may affect service turnaround and quality.

7. Intellectual property

Resume Growth retains ownership of the methodology, templates, frameworks, development processes, and internal strategic materials used in the service. Customer-provided information remains the property of the customer, but the final deliverable is created for the customer’s use as a job-search document and is not guaranteed to be suitable for all regulatory, legal, or employer-specific requirements.

8. Confidentiality

Customer information is treated confidentially and used only for the delivery of the service and associated communication. We do not knowingly disclose personal career data outside of our operational and technical support partners and legal obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

Resume Growth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of opportunities, loss of income, business disruption, or reputational damage unless caused by proven gross negligence or deliberate misconduct. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
